Water Yoga

Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30-9:30AM| Salamander Resort & Spa

Start your day with a rejuvenating, restorative, and refreshing class in the water at Salamander Resort.  Space is limited due to social distance in the pool.

Flow Fit Yoga

Mondays from 6:30-7:30PM | Jeffersonton Community Center

Do you want to feel clear-headed and relaxed at the start of your workweek? Find that feeling Monday night in Monica Fernandi’s beginner Hatha Yoga series. Join us Mondays from 6:30-7:30.

As a beginner’s class, you are free to join anytime in the session at a pro-rated rate!

Fit Yoga

Thursdays at 11:30|The WARF

This class blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a format sure to deliver a practical and effective Hatha Yoga workout. Fit Yoga is perfect for the yoga enthusiast, the athlete and/or anyone else looking to improve body movement and mental clarity.
