Classic Bootcamp

Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30-9AM | South Wales Basketball Court 

Get your heart pumping and your muscles working in this bodyweight-based circuit workout.

Aqua Zumba

Mondays at 10:15AM | The WARF

The resistance of the water takes fun, Latin dance moves to a new “cool” level in Aqua Zumba®. The moves are slightly slower than on land but the energy level is just as high. Aqua Zumba® is the perfect low impact way to “heat up the pool party!”

Gentle Yoga

Mondays at 11:30AM| The WARF

Perfect for anyone new to exercising or to yoga. The instructors will offer plenty of modifications and encouragement, perhaps sometimes even using yoga blocks and chairs. The aim of this class is for participants to get through the poses without experiencing any pain or discomfort. Don’t worry though – just because we promise no pain and plenty of options, doesn’t mean you won’t reap the benefits of yoga. You will leave this class feeling lengthened and rejuvenated.

As a beginner’s class, you are free to join anytime in the session at a pro-rated rate!

Beginner Hatha Flow

Mondays from 7-8PM | Jeffersonton Community Center

Do you want to feel clear-headed and relaxed at the start of your workweek? Find that feeling Monday night in Monica Fernandi’s beginner Hatha Yoga series. Join us Mondays from 7-8pm.

As a beginner’s class, you are free to join anytime in the session at a pro-rated rate!

Challenge your body while having fun in the depths of the WARF lap pool. Join forces to complete teamwork exercises, while engaging your core under the water.

Fit Yoga

Wednesdays at 7PM + Thursdays at 10:30|The WARF

This class blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a format sure to deliver a practical and effective Hatha Yoga workout. Fit Yoga is perfect for the yoga enthusiast, the athlete and/or anyone else looking to improve body movement and mental clarity.

Water-Flow Yoga

Mondays at 9AM|The WARF

Come explore a new environment for practicing yoga – one that ASSISTS, RESISTS and SUPPORTS your own movements. Because of the unique properties of water, people of all fitness levels can safely enjoy and benefit from yoga in the water!

Gentle Beginner Yoga

Thursday at 1PM |Bethel Community Church 

Community class for all levels with emphasis on breath work, joint rotation and overall well-being. In this class you will become aware of inner blocks that keep you from feeling energized. Expect a combination of flowing yoga poses and the occasional use of a chair for added stability.

Gentle Yoga

Fridays 10:30-11:30 AM| Vint Hill Yoga

End your week with restorative and relaxing stretches. Touching toes is not a pre-requisite! All levels welcome as we honor our joints and muscles breath by breath…
